How can I place an order?
You can place an order using our online ordering system or alternatively you can download our order form in Adobe Acrobat format and fax/email the form to us. Our fax number is 01 6614325. Click here to download the order form.

How does the online ordering system work?

1. Live details of your order are stored in the “Order box” at the bottom of the screen.
2. Add cards to the Order Box by clicking the “add to order” link underneath cards pictures.
3. In the order box fill in the number of cards required for each card selected.
4. To complete your order click the “Order” button at the bottom of the “Order Box”.
5. Fill in all contact details and include a delivery address.
6. Select whether you prefer to have blank or standard versed cards for each card selected
7. Select your preferred delivery method
8. Click submit to send a copy of your order to your email address and to the Card Company.
   

When will my order be confirmed?
When you submit your order, The Card Company will confirm receipt of your order by email or by telephone.

When and how do I pay for my cards?
When the Card Company confirms your order you may pay for your Christmas Cards by cheque/bank draft/credit transfer or postal order payable to The Card Company.

How will I receive my cards?
The Card Company will ship the cards to you via the delivery method that you selected.
